Simon Manners
Simon MannersJoint Managing Director and Construction Director

Simon is a director of the company as well as Contracts Manager. He gained a BSc (Hons) in Construction Project Management from University College, London and holds MCIOB. He has a wide experience of delivering projects ranging from major school refurbishment and extensions to multi-phase housing regeneration schemes. 

Alan Crawford
Alan CrawfordCommercial Director

Alan holds MCIOB and oversees the financial control of every project from initial estimate to final completion, giving him a unique ability to add value to projects through pre and post contract value engineering and providing proactive feedback into the design and construction process.

Wayne Harris
Wayne HarrisContracts Manager

A member of our senior management team, Wayne is a vastly experienced construction professional. He is a product of the Company’s long established apprenticeship scheme, joining in 1981 and qualifying, with distinction as a Carpenter and Joiner. He has developed into an accomplished contracts manager, regularly delivering an annual programme of £5 million of construction projects across the Region.

Chris Sinclair
Chris SinclairContracts Manager

The most recent addition to our senior management team, Chris is another product of the company’s staff development programme. He joined the company as an apprentice and after showing great promise was brought through as a site manager, gaining experience across a wide range of projects. His progress has continued steadily as he has become an accomplished construction professional.
