T Manners & Sons Ltd; still in the best of health

T Manners & Sons Ltd; have recently been appointed as main contractors on two projects at James Cook Hospital, Middlesbrough for South Tees NHS Trust.
Ward 33 is currently unoccupied and will be converted into a 24 bed ward. Valued at slightly over £1m, the contract will take 26 weeks to complete and has been designed by P&HS Architects of Stokesley.
Also, on the same site the second floor of the Murray Building is to be fitted out to form office accommodation and conference facilities. This project has been designed by Ferguson, Sayell & Partners of Harrogate and is scheduled to last 16 weeks with a value of just under £350,000.00
