Over the years our small works department has built up an enviable reputation by responding to fire, flood or gale damage with a speed and efficiency second to none. Our reputation is such that we are often asked by householders to undertake ‘heritage’ projects such as the new extension to a listed building illustrated above.

Clients such as Prudential, Churchill, Direct Line, NIG, Pearl, Tesco etc. know their claimants will be treated with respect, we will minimise any disruption as far as possible and in turn their own reputation will be protected.

Our team has tackled projects that include complete rebuilds of homes affected by fire or gas explosion as well as flood damage to homes and public buildings, including churches. These projects have involved restoration of intricate timber panelling and timber flooring following water ingress, as well as the more ‘routine’ repair of roof timbers, brickwork and masonry. Restoring property that has suffered from major incidents such as these is part of our teams regular work, however they recognise that such events are catastrophic for the resident and the team are justifiably proud of the large number of letters of thanks, proving that they are able to resolve the problems while treating the resident and their property with respect at all times. Some examples of recent transformations are shown in our Small Works GalleryIf this is the approach you want from your contractor then please discuss your requirements with Martin Wheelhouse, our Small Works Director.
